Privacy for Stempin
Stempin is designed local-first. This policy explains which data the app stores and what it does not send to the developer.

2. Local app data
Stempin does not require an account or registration. Projects, working times, notes, vacation and other absences are stored locally on your device. The app and its widgets share the necessary local data through the iOS App Group assigned to Stempin.
3. No developer cloud or advertising tracking
The core app does not send your time-tracking data to a server operated by the developer. Stempin contains no advertising and no developer-operated behavioral or advertising tracking.
4. CSV and PDF export
CSV and PDF files are generated at your request. iOS then lets you choose where to save or share them. If you select a third-party service, that service processes the file under its own privacy terms.
5. Apple, App Store and TestFlight
Distribution through Apple App Store or TestFlight is provided by Apple. Depending on your Apple and device settings, Apple may process installation, usage or diagnostic information under Apple’s own privacy rules. This is separate from Stempin’s own local time-tracking data.
6. Retention and deletion
Local data remains on the device until you delete it in the app or remove the app and its local data through iOS. Stempin does not keep a second developer-side copy of your time records.
7. Website privacy
This page is hosted on DA6IT.de. The website itself has a separate privacy policy.
